We are looking for talented FMCG Brand Managers

We are looking for two FMCG Brand Managers to join our team in Malmö

What do we offer? 

We offer an exciting role in a fast-moving international environment where you will be taking on challenges in both the retail and foodservice channel. You will be part of the skilled and thriving Swedish marketing team, reporting into the Swedish Marketing Manager. Employment is full time for both roles, with start date according to agreement.

Your future work tasks

Depending on which Brand Manager role you apply for you will be managing one of our categories, either Fish or Vegetarian, driving its business and success in both retail and foodservice channels

  • Plan, execute and follow up the annual and long-term marketing strategy for the category.
  • Plan and drive marketing activities, product launches and product development projects
  • Manage product development projects in close collaboration with our R&D and factories
  • Develop and execute communication campaigns with an efficient media mix and channel strategy – from insight, brief to production and evaluation in close collaboration with our agencies
  • P&L responsibility - closely track and follow up on targets and results, monitor sales, consumer insights and trends
  • Project management, working closely with both the international category team as well as Swedish sales, controlling, category and demand teams as well as external agencies.

 

Who are we looking for?

Brand Manager Fish:

You have at least two to three years of experience from working within FMCG, brand and product development. (FMCG-experience is a must.)

Experience from working both in retail and foodservice channel is a plus. You need to have both a good strategic and tactical capability to develop, plan, execute and drive the marketing plan. We expect you to be a champion of interpreting consumer insights, trends, Nielsen analysis and other data to drive and guide your work. Attention to detail and pride in getting the business and numbers right is a must. You need to be comfortable in a fast-moving international organization and thrive in an upbeat tempo, ready to adapt and adjust to the challenges that occur. You possess a good work structure, always with a clear eye on the target and a vision on how to get there. A winning and positive attitude!

Senior Brand Manager Vegetarian:

You have at least five years of experience from working within FMCG, brand and product development. (FMCG-experience is a must.)

Experience from working both in retail and foodservice channel is a plus. You need to have both a good strategic and tactical capability to develop, plan, execute and drive the marketing plan. We expect you to be a champion of interpreting consumer insights, trends, Nielsen analysis and other data to drive and guide your work. Attention to detail and pride in getting the business and numbers right is a must. We expect you to be the strong voice within our international organization and be unafraid of challenging the status quo as well as having the experience, courage and conviction to see your ideas through.

You need to be comfortable in a fast-moving international organization and thrive in an upbeat tempo, ready to adapt and adjust to the challenges that occur. You enjoy working in an international organisation and are not afraid of taking an active part in the multinational network. You possess a good work structure, always with a clear eye on the target and a vision on how to get there. A fearless, winning and positive attitude with an understanding of the complexity that the role brings!

For both roles you must be speaking and writing fluently in Swedish and English, and comfortable to hold presentations in both languages. You have a huge interest for food, health and a passion for making a change for the better.
