Our purpose is to serve the world with better food and to our new office in Keilaranta, Espoo we would like to welcome a new Customer Service coordinator to our Nordic Customer Service & Logistics team.

Our Customer Service and Logistics team is a part of our Nordic Planning and Logistics function and we are currently 12 colleagues located across the Nordics in Malmö, Helsinki and Oslo. We are now looking forward to welcoming a new Customer service coordinator to our new office in Espoo. In this role, you are working with sales orders, planning, logistics, and customer requirements, in collaboration with our customers. Your contact points will be both internal, like sales, planning, quality, finance, but also external like warehouse operators and transport companies. You are expected to coordinate tasks between departments and stakeholders and high level of ability to solve problems and being service minded is needed to ensure a good result. 

The role also includes:

• Managing our customers and solving claims
• Sales orders handling
• Logistical coordination
• Invoice handling
• Maintain and develop working processes
• Ad hoc tasks to support the Nordic team 

Who we are looking for 

It is desirable with a post high school diploma, but we will emphasize on your personality and your can-do attitude, as the role will require you to have a high ability to solve problems as well as keeping our customers and stakeholders happy. The right candidate has experience working with Microsoft Office and enjoy using different systems. We are happy if you are familiar with SAP and has the interest and ability to see the bigger picture, to help us develop already established work processes and find new ways to collaborate across the Nordics.  You will work independently with your custumers and your main focus will be Finland, but you and your colleagues in Malmö and Oslo will also support each other.  You have a strong sense for communication, in both English and in Finnish. 

About the role

This is a full time position and we would like you to start as soon as possible, with regards to notice period.

To manage work/life balance, we work from the office a few days a week, within normal office hours, but will let you manage your time/place as much as possible.
