The Nordic Media Manager will be the key operations lead and play a central role for the Nordic organization to deliver the digital transformation to the Media effectiveness journey. This person will be part of the Nordic Media team, reporting to the Head of Media Nordics with the objective to improve and develop media effectiveness, enhance partnerships with the Media Agency and nurture a collaborative, innovative and future-facing approach that positions and utilizes media as a growth lever.
With your Strategic and operational Media expertise, you will be responsible for the day to day operational Media activation in the Nordics and work collaboratively across the Nordic Marketing Team and Commercial Trade teams to support the operating model across Findus and Nomad Foods to drive media effectiveness.
The successful candidate will be critical in leveraging Media to back up business decision-making and strategy development for the effective delivery of media, to drive business growth.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage the day-to-day contact and relationship with the Media Agency to secure implementation of plans and help develop innovative and creative integrated Media approaches across all channels, incl. SEO and paid search.
- In close collaboration with Head of Media Nordics and the media agency, you will be responsible for implementation of best practice media guidelines, play books and Campaign Architecture Guidelines (CAG) that drive greater Media effectiveness for all Media activities, including traditional, digital, Ecom and SEO.
- Work with the Head of Media Nordics and Marketing Managers to use insight and evidence-based guidance to create and manage Nordic annual planning briefs.
- Work with the media agency to manage reporting, buying performance, ROI reporting and digital reporting.
- Work with the Finance team to develop accurate, consistent media tracking and reporting.
- Secure media plan optimization using data and insights.
- Ensure alignment with key stakeholders (e.g Marketing Managers and Local Commercial- and Trade teams).
- Be responsible for and manage quarterly media performance- and creative effectiveness tracking and measurement (incl. PCAs, TV spot data, comp spend etc).
- In close collaboration with Head of Media Nordics, structure and visualize performance reporting and tracking of main media kpi’s (cost and quality) and use the best data that can be utilized for Media effectiveness.
You’re a Media hero and have:
- Degree in Marketing from University or equivalent
- 4+ years of Strategic and operational media planning and buying experience (advertiser, agency or consultancy), incl. paid social, programmatic, paid search and SEO
- Excellent knowledge of Media measurement & main media KPIs
- Experience of great collaboration with agencies
- Experience of Influencer partnership used in paid media and PR
- Experience of data management & analytics and ability to turn data into actions
- Good knowledge in Project management and great coordination skills
- High capacity and strong operational skills
- A can-do attitude and action oriented
- Excellent stakeholder management, able to liaise with and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong collaborative skills, a positive attitude and ability to work cross functional
- Financial acumen, able to manage annual plans and in year commercial planning.
- Strong consumer understanding
- Good knowledge in Swedish, Norwegian, and English language, both speech and writing
