About the Role

As the Head of Nordic Cluster RDQ, you will be the technical leader and business partner for our Nordic Cluster, championing consumer quality, safety, and innovation. Reporting to the Head of RDQ Clusters, you will play a key role in leading the RDQ team to deliver innovation and drive sustainable growth across the region. You'll collaborate closely with the Cluster GM, serve as a member of the Cluster Leadership Team, and drive strategic projects across R&D, Quality, and Food Safety.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and localizing global strategies while maintaining a deep understanding of the local markets and cultures. You'll also partner with external stakeholders, including food authorities, to influence and uphold our brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the future of food innovation across the Nordic Cluster, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of quality, sustainability, and consumer satisfaction
• Partner with local factories and external manufacturers to drive innovation and ensure food safety and compliance.
• Manage the Cluster's product portfolio, ensuring a balance between global and local needs.
• Oversee incident management related to food safety and quality issues.
• Drive consumer-centric innovation, ensuring our products remain superior to the competition.
• Lead compliance initiatives and engage with food authorities to stay ahead of regulatory changes.
• Develop talent pipelines and lead a dynamic RDQ team with a focus on growth and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering).
• Significant experience in the food & beverage industry in a technical/product development role.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluent in English and preferrable a Nordic language.
