About the job
We are now looking for a Supply Planner to join us on a temporary contract from ASAP until the end of 2025.
The Nordic Planning team is based in Lysaker and Malmö, and together with the Customer Service team, it is part of the Nordic Supply Chain. We are now in search of a new colleague to be based at our Malmö office in Sweden. The team’s main goal is to ensure the right products are available at the right time to provide the best possible service to our customers while optimizing costs across the Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage and coordinate a large network of suppliers within the Nomad Foods group. You will analyze, measure, and distribute supplier delivery service performance to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
• Booking and following up on transports and deliveries from suppliers to distribution centers.
• Securing a balance between cost, cash, and service based on company priorities.
• Coordinating and securing information for new launches, closures, and slow-moving products (SLOBS).
• Maintaining master data and planning parameters across all systems used.
• Managing IDocs to minimize errors and delays.
• Acting as an information hub between MU and SU to ensure service levels.
• Working according to established process setups.
• Driving continuous improvements towards simplification and alignment with group best practices.
• Continuously updating manuals and documentation.

• An M.Sc. in Engineering, Business, or another relevant academic degree within Supply Chain.
• Fluency in English (Swedish is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of modern planning tools.
• Very strong Excel skills.
• Persistence and attention to detail.
• A structured and organized approach to work.
