About the Role
We’re now looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Nordic HR Team in Malmö. This is a temporary full-time position until the end of May 2026, with potential for extension.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle for Sweden, supporting both employees and managers, and contributing to continuous improvements in our payroll processes. You’ll also be involved in SOX controls and collaborate closely with HR, local Finance, and the Shared Finance Center in the UK.
You’ll be part of a payroll team of three, working together to ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and input payroll data accurately and on time
- Support managers and employees with payroll-related queries
- Collaborate with Nordic HR and Finance teams (both local and UK-based)
- Handle pension administration and collective agreement matters
- Manage time reporting systems
- Participate in SOX audits and controls
Who You Are
You’re a detail-oriented and collaborative team player with a strong interest in systems and digital processes. You thrive in a structured environment and enjoy solving problems with a positive attitude.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2–3 years of experience in Swedish payroll (Visma/AGDA Lön)
- Solid understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements
- Experience with systems like Concur, Promark, and SuccessFactors
- Strong IT skills and confidence working in system-driven environments
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- Experience in a larger company or global organization
- High service orientation and a proactive mindset
Education & Background:
You likely have a relevant education in payroll or HR and have worked with both blue-collar and white-collar payroll processes. You’re used to handling secure and efficient workflows in a digital setting.

Workplace & Flexibility
Our office is located in central Malmö near Anna Lindhs plats, with beautiful surroundings and easy access. We offer a hybrid way of working, where we meet in the office a few days a week during regular hours, but you’ll have flexibility to manage your time and location.
