About the Role

We’re now looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Nordic HR Team in Malmö.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle for one of our Nordic countries, supporting both employees and managers, and contributing to continuous improvements in our payroll processes. You’ll also be involved in SOX controls and collaborate closely with HR, local Finance, and the Shared Finance Center in the UK.

You’ll be part of a payroll team of three, working together to ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and input payroll data accurately and on time

• Support managers and employees with payroll-related queries

• Collaborate with Nordic HR and Finance teams (both local and UK-based)

• Manage invoices for the HR departement

• Manage time reporting systems

• Participate in SOX audits and controls

Who You Are

You’re a detail-oriented and collaborative team player with a strong interest in systems and digital processes. You thrive in a structured environment and enjoy solving problems with a positive attitude.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2–3 years of experience in Nordic payroll (Visma, CGI)

• Understanding of Nordic labor law and collective agreements

• Experience with systems like Concur, Worklink, and SuccessFactors

• Strong IT skills and confidence working in system-driven environments

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

• Experience in a matrix organisation environment

• High service orientation and a proactive mindset

Education & Background:

You likely have a relevant education in payroll or HR and have worked with both blue-collar and white-collar payroll processes. You’re used to handling secure and efficient workflows in a digital setting.
