Head of RGM Nordics
Are you ready to lead the Revenue Growth Management agenda for one of Europe’s leading FMCG companies?
We’re looking for a strategic and operational Head of RGM Nordics to join our team in Malmö. This is a unique opportunity to actively shape our commercial strategy, optimize value creation, and drive profitable growth across the Nordic markets.
As Head of RGM you will report to the Nordic Cluster GM and build a strong network across all the Nordic commercial teams. You will be a member of Nomads global RGM leadership team and actively take part in shaping and implementing the Nomad RGM strategies.

Your Role
As Head of RGM Nordics, you will:
- Lead the Nordic RGM Agenda: Develop and execute a comprehensive RGM strategy aligned with Nomad’s business objectives.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Oversee pricing, trade spend, and promotional strategies across the Nordic cluster.
- Leverage data analytics and market research to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Coach and develop a high performing team of RGM experts, fostering innovation and collaboration
- Stay ahead of industry trends and share best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a multi-year Pack Price Portfolio (PPP) optimization roadmap.
- Identify and quantify Sources of Growth for annual plans to meet profitable growth targets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution.
- Track and monitor pricing and margin initiatives regularly and implement course corrective measures in a timely manner
- Communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
Who You Are
You’re a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving growth. You thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment and are confident influencing at senior levels.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in RGM or Commercial Planning within FMCG.
- Deep understanding of RGM principles, segmentation, innovation, and channel strategy.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with excellent influencing abilities.
- Strong executor with the ability to follow through
- Positive growth mindset that drives for results
- Fluent in English; any other Nordic language will be beneficial.
