Your Role

As Copack Planner, you’ll play a key role in our Supply Planning team, ensuring that our copacking operations run efficiently and reliably. You’ll work closely with external partners to align production with customer demand, manage contingencies, and maintain accurate planning data across systems.

You’ll work across functions to:

• Plan and coordinate copacking operations based on demand and capacity
• Manage disruptions such as raw material delays or technical issues
• Maintain and update planning systems (SAP) and master data
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate transport when needed
• Monitor and manage Idocs to reduce errors and delays
• Deliver on key KPIs including customer service levels and inventory targets
• Support copack-related projects including consolidation, insourcing, and NPDs
• Proactively contribute to process improvements and reporting

Who You Are

You’re analytical, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working cross-functionally and have a growth mindset that drives continuous improvement.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field
• Strong Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus
• Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage
• Experience in planning, procurement, or supply chain operations
• Ability to manage complexity and work collaboratively across teams

You’ll collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Central Planning, and RDQ.
