Your Role
As Logistics Analyst, you’ll be part of our Logistics team, working closely with Planning, Customer Service, and external partners. Your work will ensure smooth, cost‑efficient logistics flows and excellent customer delivery performance.
This is a temporary position from April 2026 to December 2026.
You will:
Coordinate logistics operations and support the Customer Service teams in Sweden and Denmark
Manage daily transport coordination from warehouse to customers
Optimize logistics flows in Sweden and Denmark, and support alignment of a Nordic way of working
Monitor and analyze transport costs, verify supplier invoices, and support price agreement updates
Improve distribution efficiency through data‑driven insights
Manage empty pallet handling and improve inbound/outbound pallet flows
Identify deviations, highlight best practices, and drive simplification and standardization
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to secure strong service levels
Maintain and develop processes and work instructions to drive continuous improvement

Who You Are
You’re analytical, structured, and thrive in a role where data meets operations. You enjoy improving processes, solving logistical challenges, and working cross‑functionally.
What you bring:
3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service
University/College degree in a relevant field
Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset - essential for success in this role
Experience with SAP or another ERP system is highly desirable
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and verbal)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with many stakeholders
A proactive, solution‑oriented approach and a passion for continuous improvement
