About the role
If you’re energized by turning insights into impactful media activation, this role gives you the opportunity to shape how our brands show up across the Nordics.
As Cluster Media Manager Nordics, you will play a central role in driving our media excellence throughout the region. Reporting to the Marketing Director Nordics, you will ensure media is activated as a true growth engine - through strong planning, brilliant execution and continuous optimization.
You will be the operational lead for media in the Nordics, managing our day‑to‑day agency collaboration and ensuring integrated, data‑driven activation across channels. Your work will influence annual media planning, campaign architecture, test‑and‑learn programmes and performance tracking.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Insights, Commercial and Trade teams across all Nordic markets to secure alignment, transparency and strong execution.
You will also lead the quarterly Nordic media reporting, ensuring clear KPI tracking and actionable insights that support decision‑making at both strategic and operational levels.
This role is a maternity cover running from April/May 2026 to May 2027, based at our Nordic HQ in Malmö.
Who you are
You are passionate about media, data and communication - and you know how to turn media strategy into tangible business impact. You thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration, structure and innovation go hand in hand.
You bring several years of experience in strategic and operational media planning and buying, ideally for large consumer brands. You have strong understanding of media channels such as TV, programmatic, paid social and influencer activations, and you are confident navigating measurement, KPIs and performance frameworks.
You are structured, analytical and action‑oriented, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work seamlessly across functions and markets. You enjoy partnering with agencies, driving agendas and contributing to cross‑functional alignment.
Curious, collaborative and pragmatic - you bring a “can‑do” mindset and the ability to manage both daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience within FMCG/CPG or a matrix organisation is beneficial.
