About the Role
As RDQ Culinary Nordic Chef, you’ll bring our products and brands to life for customers across the Nordics. You’ll design and deliver chef led experiences that build confidence, highlight product benefits and support successful sell ins. Your work will strengthen customer relationships and shape how our brands show up in both retail and foodservice.
Beyond activations, you’ll support local RDQ teams by developing bench recipes, turning insights into practical prototypes and contributing to briefs that reflect real consumer and customer needs. You’ll work closely with Culinary, Marketing, Sales and R&D to transform reasons to believe into simple, memorable food stories that help move decisions forward.

In this role, you’ll help shape that momentum, bringing fresh ideas, great tasting food and a chef’s eye for detail that lifts how our teams think, develops products and connect with customers.
Who You Are
You are a culinary professional with a strong commercial mindset. You thrive in customer facing environments and enjoy crafting food experiences that inspire, educate and sell. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and naturally build trust in every interaction.
You enjoy working both creatively and operationally - switching seamlessly between ideation and execution.
What You Bring
Strong chef background with experience from events, tastings, demos or customer facing culinary work
Experience from FMCG is an advantage
Confidence presenting to senior audiences and running engaging sessions
Ability to turn RTBs into compelling menus and tasting experiences
Hands‑on experience developing recipes, adapting concepts and working with bench‑scale prototypes
Strong organisational and logistical skills, with a structured way of working
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships across teams and with customers
Flexibility to travel, including early starts or occasional evening activities
Fluency in both Swedish and English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will lead culinary execution for sell-ins, brand days, training sessions, expos and other customer events. You’ll develop toolkits and assets for local teams, run tastings and internal food events, and bring strategic priorities to life through food.
You will create and refine bench recipes for priority projects, support concept development, and help ensure prototypes reflect consumer needs, product strategy and cluster priorities. You’ll collaborate with chefs, agencies, suppliers and colleagues across multiple functions - always representing Nomad with professionalism and passion. Capture insights, share culinary trends and help strengthen briefs and early gate decisions.
