About the job
This is a role at the heart of Findus commercial engine. As Revenue Growth Manager, you will shape how we translate insight into profitable, sustainable growth - ensuring our commercial strategies are sharp, fact‑based and future‑focused.
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a strategic and cross‑functional capability, instrumental to the long‑term success of the Nordic markets. In this role, you will support the Nordic cluster by developing and executing RGM strategies across Pricing, Promotion, Assortment and Pack Price Architecture (PPA).
You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply to unlock value through data‑driven insights, robust business cases and clear recommendations that influence both customer plans and internal decision‑making. Your work will help build commercial capabilities, embed strong ways of working and strengthen a revenue‑focused mindset across the organisation.
Based at our Nordic head office in Malmö, you will be part of an agile and dedicated RGM team, supporting local Nordic markets while leveraging central excellence.
Who are you?
You’re a commercially minded problem‑solver who enjoys working at the intersection of data, strategy and execution. You like to dive into complexity, spot patterns and turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
You bring experience from FMCG, consulting, retail or commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing or Finance, and you’re comfortable working cross‑functionally in dynamic environments. You combine analytical strength with stakeholder confidence - and you know how to influence decisions with facts, clarity and structure.
You are curious, structured and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to see your work make a real business impact.
