About the Role
As Head of KAM, you will lead the Swedish retail sales strategy, focusing on profitable growth for Findus and our key partners. You’ll be accountable for customer relationship, develop strategic customer plans, negotiate agreements, and unlock opportunities that maximize visibility and sales.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Country Manager and coordinate retail strategies, ensuring alignment across teams like marketing, supply chain, and finance.
You will be part of the Swedish management team, leading a team of Key Account Managers. Your responsibilities will include full ownership of retail customer P&L, strategic planning, and developing joint business plans in collaboration with our partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Growth: Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with Findus’ category vision and customer needs.
• Build Partnerships: Lead negotiations, joint business planning, and customer-focused activities to maximize visibility and sales.
• Own the Numbers: Take full responsibility for retail customer P&L, including hitting net sales, gross profit, and campaign ROI targets.
• Launch with Impact: Ensure new products and relaunches are successfully implemented at customer level.
• Optimize our processes and WoW: For example improve forecasting accuracy and collaborate with the S&OP team to drive efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Agility and accountability is key for success. Inspire and develop the KAM team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Who You Are
We’re looking for an ambitious and strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and want to make an impact. You’ll bring:
• Proven Experience: 10+ years in commercial roles within FMCG, including 5+ years in customer management.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Swedish grocery trade.
• Leadership Skills: Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong Negotiation Skills: A track record of delivering results in complex negotiations.
• Languages: Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Personal Qualities: Drive, a collaborative mindset, strong analytical skills and a passion for building win-win relationships.
