We’re looking for a driven and analytical Finance Business Partner for Finland and Denmark to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to influence commercial strategy and financial performance in two key Nordic markets.
Location: Flexible – either based at our Malmö HQ or our Helsinki/Espoo office.

Your Role
As Finance Business Partner for Finland and Denmark, you will play a key role in driving business performance and providing strategic financial insights. You’ll collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams in both countries, helping shape decisions that directly impact growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-depth financial analysis and strategic recommendations to drive performance.
- Review actuals and identify actions to improve sales and margins.
- Translate targets into actionable plans and support commercial execution.
- Lead and support financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting).
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closings.
- Prepare and interpret management reporting for business units.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
- Support supplier negotiations with data-driven insights.
- Leverage FP&A and finance team outputs to guide commercial decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost control initiatives.
Who You Are
You’re a proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for finance and business performance. You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-country environment and are confident working with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a financial managerial role.
- University degree in finance or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification.
- Experience in FMCG required; food service experience is a plus.
- Strong skills in SAP and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with SOX controls preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; other Nordic languages are an advantage.
