We’re looking for a driven and analytical Finance Business Partner for Finland and Denmark to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to influence commercial strategy and financial performance in two key Nordic markets.

Location: Flexible – either based at our Malmö HQ or our Helsinki/Espoo office.

Your Role

As Finance Business Partner for Finland and Denmark, you will play a key role in driving business performance and providing strategic financial insights. You’ll collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams in both countries, helping shape decisions that directly impact growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth financial analysis and strategic recommendations to drive performance.
• Review actuals and identify actions to improve sales and margins.
• Translate targets into actionable plans and support commercial execution.
• Lead and support financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting).
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare and interpret management reporting for business units.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Support supplier negotiations with data-driven insights.
• Leverage FP&A and finance team outputs to guide commercial decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost control initiatives.

Who You Are

You’re a proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for finance and business performance. You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-country environment and are confident working with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a financial managerial role.
• University degree in finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification.
• Experience in FMCG required; food service experience is a plus.
• Strong skills in SAP and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with SOX controls preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; other Nordic languages are an advantage.
