About the role
This is a role at the heart of Findus’ commercial engine. As Head of Category & Customer Marketing, you will shape how we turn insight into impact - ensuring that our categories not only grow, but lead the way.
You will lead and develop a team within Category Management and Customer/Trade Marketing, empowering them to transform market data, shopper behavior and competitive intelligence into strategic actions that strengthen both Findus and our customers. Since we operate in customer teams you also help with hands on support as Category Manager when needed.
Your work will influence assortment strategy, customer plans, brand activations and commercial decisions across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with KAM, Field Sales, RGM and Marketing to create clarity, drive alignment and secure brilliant execution.
You will also be part of the Swedish Commercial Leadership Team, working directly with the Country Manager on strategy, prioritization and commercial direction.
There may also be opportunities for Nordic coordination within selected category or customer areas.
Who you are
You are a commercially driven strategist who enjoys translating insights into clear, compelling actions. You are passionate about consumer behavior, category development and cross‑functional collaboration.
You have several years of experience in FMCG and have worked across multiple commercial touchpoints – particularly in Category Management and know what good looks like! It is also beneficial if you have worked within Sales, Trade Marketing or Marketing. You know how to turn plans into action and how to create impact together with customers.
You are an experienced people leader who inspires, challenges and develops your team. You are analytical, structured and curious, and you naturally build strong relationships both internally and externally.
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working with tools such as AC Nielsen, ICA Self Serve/POS data, and ideally CATMAN solutions (an advantage but not required).
