About the job
This is a commercially important role at the heart of our Swedish sales organisation. As Sales Analyst Sweden, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision making and strengthening our performance across retail channels.
You will be responsible for producing reports, following up on sales performance and conducting ad hoc analyses – turning data into actionable insights that support both strategy and execution in-store. The role combines analytical depth with a strong connection to the commercial business, with a focus on driving our Perfect Store agenda through CRM and POS data.
You will work closely with Field Sales, KAM, Category and management teams, acting as a trusted partner who challenges and supports the business with insights and recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning and developing our CATMAN tool, including reporting, analysis and user training
Securing effective use of CRM and POS data (ICA, Coop, Axfood)
Driving tracking and follow-up of Perfect Store KPIs
Providing insights on products, customers, competitors, markets and district performance
Supporting the sales organisation with analysis, recommendations and execution guidance
Acting as a key link between data and commercial decisions, driving continuous improvement
The role reports to Head of Field Sales Sweden and can be based at our office in Malmö or home-based within a reasonable commuting distance.
Who are you?
You are an analytical and business-driven professional who enjoys turning data into clear actions and tangible results. You thrive in a role where you can combine structure and analytical thinking with communication and collaboration across teams.
At the same time, you bring a strong commercial mindset and see yourself as a seller at heart – someone who understands what drives sales and is motivated by creating real impact on business results.
You have a clear view of what great looks like in retail execution and sales performance, and you use data to both define and drive that standard across the organisation.
You bring several years of experience within sales analysis, business intelligence or a similar field, and you are confident working with large data sets and translating them into meaningful insights.
You are highly skilled in Excel and comfortable working with tools such as Power BI, CRM systems and preferably CATMAN. You have a strong interest in improving sales processes and driving performance through data.
You communicate in a clear, pedagogical and engaging way, making complex insights easy to understand and act upon.
It is highly valuable if you have experience from FMCG or retail-related environments, and we see it as a strong advantage if you have worked in or close to store operations, with a good understanding of how execution in-store creates results.
You are self-driven, proactive and enjoy taking ownership, while also acting as a collaborative partner to the wider sales organisation.
Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

About the position & application
The role can be based in Malmö or from a home office within Southern Sweden – ideally in Skåne, the Jönköping region or nearby areas, with the ability to reach our Malmö office within approximately 2–3 hours when needed.
