About the job
This is a commercially critical role at the heart of our Nordic sales organisation. As Sales Manager Export & Private Label, you will lead and further develop our Export business from the Nordic markets to customers and partners around the world, while also owning the Nordic Private Label business in close collaboration with local markets.
You will have full P&L responsibility and oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of the business by working closely with key functions across the organisation. The role requires a high level of ownership, energy and commercial drive, and is well suited for a self‑driven Sales Manager who enjoys setting ambitious goals and delivering strong results.
Reporting to the Nordic Leadership Team you can either be based out of the Malmö or Copenhagen offices. Some travel should also be expected as the role operates in an international, cross‑functional environment.
Who are you?
You are a commercially strong and proactive Sales Manager who thrives in roles with high responsibility and clear impact. You enjoy working independently, setting your own goals and driving profitable growth in complex and international customer environments.
You bring several years of experience from Sales, preferably including international sales, and have proven customer management experience with P&L responsibility. You have solid commercial understanding, strong negotiation skills and a structured, analytical way of working.
You are comfortable operating in a matrix organisation and collaborating closely with local sales teams, including KAMs, as well as cross‑functional partners in Supply Chain, Marketing/RDQ and Finance. You build long‑term relationships with customers and partners and navigate stakeholder environments with confidence.
Fluency in English is required. Swedish or Danish is required.
Experience working with major Nordic retailers (especially within Sweden, Finland and Denmark) is important. Experience from Private Label, international food markets, distributors and customer dynamics is considered a strong advantage. A genuine interest in food and consumer trends is a plus.
